I founded and directed the creative strategy for Sunü Festival, a two-day art, science, and mindfulness festival for 120 leaders. As the festival director, I orchestrated several moving parts of the festival including; a creative campaign to boost revenue through various channels, sponsorship, digital and print marketing, email marketing, and UGC content, designing the program and talent selection, production and design, ticket sales, and managing a team of six.

Due to the campaign, Sunü sold out within four weeks. In addition, I successfully secured two sponsorship deals within one month, bringing in an additional €7,000 in revenue and €3,000 in product sponsorship value. As a result, our gross profit margin reached an impressive 29.6%, which is 21% higher than the average margin for a festival.
